We utilize as many local business as possible, and focus towards regionally available woods. River Recovered Antique Cypress Heartwood is our preferred choice. It is eco-friendly and has a longevity that surpasses most other woods.

The Carpentry Hut, LLC is owned by Daniel B. Conover. With an education in design and background in engineering, he is able to move seamlessly between concept, design and production. His career began with remodeling and basic carpentry and then moved into custom cabinetry and finish work. From his experiences, Daniel is able to provide a skilled level of craftsmanship for your outdoor projects. Partnering with his wife Ashley, they created The Carpentry Hut in 2006. Both are committed to providing a pleasant experience when working on your exterior project.
